Why choose Fetch ‘n’ Feed?

Fetch ‘n’ Feed has been set up out of a genuine love of animals and their welfare.  From personal experience, I know how hard it is to find someone you can really trust rely on and trust with your animal.  We will treat your animal as though they were our own.  When staying in our house they will be treated as part of the family. When on walks or experiencing one of our other services, they will be treated with 100% care.

How many dogs do you take on a walk?

There will only be a maximum of 4.  It is my policy that this is the case, to ensure I am in complete control at all times. Limiting the number in the group means that we all have maximum fun.

Where do you take the dogs for walks?

The dogs get taken round various routes in the Maidstone area. Mote Park, Hermitage Woods, behind the hospital & round the fields. I vary the walks to keep the dogs interested and that way there will always be something new to explore and sniff.

How many walks does my dog get if staying for the day?

Dogs staying for Doggie Daycare & boarding will have 2 walks throughout the day to ensure they are fully exercised and refreshed when they are returned to you.

How long are dog walks?

Each walk is approximately 45 minutes to one hour actual walking time, excluding travel time.

How long are feeding visits?

Feeding visits are generally 25 minutes, during this time I will put food & fresh water down, cuddles, basic grooming (if requested) and cleaning litter trays.

Are you able to provide other services on a visit?

If requested I am able to water plants, open/close curtains, bringing post in, leaving lights on etc.

Who provides the animals food?

The Pet Owner provides all the pets food for feeding visits, doggie daycare and all stays.

Can you administer medication?

I am happy to administer tablets

What happens in an emergency?

All contact details (name, number & address) of the pets veterinarian need to be provided to me before I will take on any animals.  In the event of an emergency I will contact the Pets owner first to discuss the best course of action.  If I am unable to reach the owner and the pet need medical attention, I will take them to the vet provided in the details.

Do you have references?

Yes, we will be more than happy to provide you will references.

Are you insured?

Yes Fetch ‘n’ Feed is fully insured.
